All our steaks come from Argentinian Black Angus cattle raised on pristine pastures at hand-selected farms across the country. The cows live an outstanding free-range life, feasting on 17 lush grasses on the most fertile plains in Argentina. The resulting steak is then methodically aged to develop a world-beating flavour before the finest grill chefs in the business char each cut to juicy perfection.
Across the Gaucho history, relationships have been fostered with Argentinian farmers to create the most sustainable model possible. As part of our commitment to become a net-zero business, we are working with the Carbon Group to gather emission data at our partner farms, empowering all ranchers to reduce emissions at source and by offsetting through unique reforestation projects. Our beef has been 100% carbon neutral in all our restaurants since 2020.
