The Birdie
Few feelings in life can provide the thrill of shooting a Birdie out on the course. This cocktail certainly won’t help you beat par, but it does provide an easier way than usual of “getting a Birdie”…
- 45 ml Orange Rum
- 1 Dash Grenadine
- 1 Dash Orange Juice
- 15 ml Pineapple Juice
- 15 ml Triple Sec
Combine with ice in a shaker and strain into a cocktail glass
Scottish Links
The Scottish Links are the birthplace and home of golf. Therefore, creating and drinking this cocktail may be a way to pay homage to golf’s history… or it can just be an excuse to drink an excellent cocktail.
- 50 ml Glenmorangie Original
- 15 ml fresh lemon
- 20 ml chamomile honey
- 15 ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 10 ml Manzanilla sherry
- Club Soda
Combine with ice in a shaker, strain into a cocktail glass, and top with soda
Par 4
Par 4’s are difficult to get through. They often take a long time. This Par 4 cocktail does not share those characteristics with its namesake. It is a refreshing and different cocktail.
- 15 ml Amaretto Almond Liqueur
- 15 ml Sweet and Sour Mix
- 15 ml Southern Comfort Peach Liqueur
- 15 ml Sprite
Combine with ice in a shaker and strain into a cocktail glass
Hole in 1
Hole in 1’s are rare and impressive feats. This cocktail enables you that feeling of accomplishment, while simultaneously making it much easier.
- 45 ml ounces scotch
- 25 ml ounce dry vermouth
- 5 ml lemon juice
- Dash orange bitters
- Lemon spiral, to garnish
Combine with ice in a shaker and strain into a cocktail glass
